Bioclone’s customer base includes clinical, pathology, and research laboratories in a variety of hospitals, universities and institutions. Additionally, other immunodiagnostic manufacturers are targeted for the supply of bulk monoclonal antibodies and other reagents.

Domestically, Bioclone’s immunodiagnostic products are available on a direct basis, generally utilising a standing-order arrangement. Additionally in this market, Bioclone acts as the Australian and New Zealand distributor for some selected overseas companies (Agency Lines).

Internationally, Bioclone’s products are marketed worldwide under the Bioclone label through a network of some 45+ distributors, with the added flexibility of OEM arrangements (bottled - unlabelled components or private label for large quantities) where appropriate.

The sales/marketing function is tailored to the needs of country-specific distributors who enjoy the full support of Bioclone to assist them to service their own internal customers.

A number of strategic alliances are already in existence to develop new products and promote several current products on an OEM basis. New projects, particularly in the contract services area e.g. custom-made monoclonal antibodies, freeze drying, microtitre plate coating and ELISA development are actively being sourced to build on this established base.

Further to this, new pro-active, long-established and well-connected companies with experience in the distribution of immunodiagnostic products are always being sought to ensure sales coverage of Bioclone’s core range of products in all regions of the world.

Bioclone has had an active exhibition and customer visit program of longstanding and in the process has developed a reputation as a reliable supplier of quality kits, components and monoclonal antibodies.
